"Prepared By" Tab

1. In the "Prepared By" tab, enter your personal information.
2. Add your full name in the Name field.
3. Add your address in the Address line 1, 2, 3 and 4 fields (Use as many as are necessary).
4. Add the country in the Country field.
5. Add your phone number in the Phone field.
6. You can add your Ancestral File Number in the Preparer's AFN field.
7. Add your email address in the E-mail address field.
8. Click Save as Default to save this information to use when you add Prepared By information for any file on your computer.
